Great company to work with. Took the time to ensure we were on the same page regarding our floor renovation. Bryan was also very helpful with explaining all that needed to be done. We had some subflooring damage, and I was worried about it. He assured us that if there was anything outside of the estimate, we would pause the project and make a plan. Thankfully, there was only what we were expecting and no other hidden problems under our old floors. All that being said, our floors came out beautifully. His crew that he had at my house was very respectful and worked very hard. It was only about 700 sq. ft. of flooring, but they put in a solid day's work and were in and out. I highly recommend Larry Dero! We look forward to having you all back out to help with our other renovations. You all are truly a blessing! Thank you, Dero Renovations!

When we moved, we got a few more plumbing surprises than we bargained for, which led to massive pipe repairs being needed. While everything was torn up, we decided to do a few remodeling projects. Larry was amazing in coordinating everything. He does a lot of the work himself, but also has a really great team behind him. He's always super responsive, is happy to answer any questions, and provides valuable guidance based on all his experience. Will definitely hire again!!!

They replaced the roof and restored the chimneys on my 1930 bungalow. They were very good at letting me know the process and giving me updates. Larry and his crew were always very open in explaining where and how the project was going. I’m very pleased with the new roof.
I was so pleased with their work that I also let them tackle new paint on the exterior. Like I said, it’s an old house, and Larry and his crew did an exceptional job at keeping the original appearance and new paint technology for the best look. I look forward to letting them tackle some projects in the future.

DeRo Renovations completed my original basement renovation, and it was an excellent experience. I recently had some damage to drywall, trim, and painting repairs in that area. The team came out quickly, assessed the situation, and provided a reasonable quote for the drywall, baseboard replacement, and painting. They provided the same quality product in a timely fashion, and the repairs blend in as if there were never an issue. They were punctual and followed up on the end product to ensure we were happy. Larry, Jaxon, and their growing team did a great job and will stay at the top of my list of who to call for my construction needs.

My front patio had wood rails that were rotting and falling apart, so Larry tore all the wood out, installed 4 new 6x6 support posts, and replaced all the handrails and balusters with bronze aluminum that will last me much, much longer.
And I recently extended my back deck, so they installed the same bronze aluminum handrails back there, so the front and rear of my house now match and look great.

Because my husband and I are pretty much DIYers, we didn't know where to start to find someone to make some upgrades to our kitchen. Our trusted realtor friends, Mark and Tammy Edwards, gave us the contact information for Larry at DeRo Renovations. He called us and came out promptly to see what type of work we wanted, and gave us good, honest advice on the space we have, and listened while taking good notes. He was honest with us that it would be several months before getting to us, and it was. But he stayed in touch and gave us plenty of notice when he needed us to make decisions. We had our kitchen countertops replaced, backsplash tile installed, partial beadboard paneling installed, and sink replaced. We also had cabinets installed in the laundry room and a storage cabinet installed in our garage. All the work was excellent and met or exceeded our expectations. I plan to use these folks again and would highly recommend them.

The kitchen was completely remodeled after removing paneled walls. New custom cabinets, quartz countertop, tile backsplash, etc. Husband and I did insulation, painting, and floors. A few glitches along the way, but overall not a bad experience. We are probably more difficult customers as we have built a house in the past and are familiar with construction in and out. Will consider using these folks again if/when we do a second room.
